A. Personal Information You Provide

• Account Data: Email address, username, display name, and password.
• Profile Data: Biography, profile picture, banner image, website, and location (all optional).
• Professional Data: Resumes, job history, and professional credentials when using our Job Marketplace.

B. Data Automatically Collected

• Device Information: Operating system version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
• Usage Data: Posts viewed, jobs applied for, and feature interaction patterns.

C. User Generated Content

We collect the content you create, including feed posts, comments, job listings, and media uploads.

D. Private Messaging (End-to-End Encrypted)

UYWNI uses End-to-End Encryption (E2EE) for direct messaging. Your private messages are encrypted on your device and can only be decrypted by the recipient. We do not have access to the contents of your private chats.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Facilitate the Job Marketplace and connect applicants with employers.
• Manage your account and provide customer support.
• Monitor and prevent abusive behavior, spam, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following situations:

• With Other Users: Your public profile, posts, and job listings are visible to other users.
• With Employers: If you apply for a job, your application and resume are shared with the job poster.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors (like Google Firebase) under data processing agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We will disclose your information if required to do so by law or subpoena.

4. Data Deletion & Account Termination

You have the right to delete your account and personal data at any time.

• In-App: Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
• Web: Visit uywni.com/delete-account or email support@uywni.com.

Upon deletion, all your personal data, posts, and associated media will be permanently removed from our active databases.

5. Children's Privacy

UYWNI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at support@uywni.com.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Private messages are protected by End-to-End Encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and providing an in-app notification.
