Introduction

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the UYWNI mobile application (the "App") operated by UYWNI ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any feature of the UYWNI platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account password.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use UYWNI.

3. User Generated Content (UGC) Policy

A. Prohibited Content — You agree NOT to post content that is:

• Defamatory, abusive, harassing, or threatening.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
• Promoting violence, hate speech, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation.
• Infringing on any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Spam, deceptive, or intended to scam other users.

B. Content Moderation

• Zero Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.
• Reporting: Users can flag inappropriate posts, jobs, or profiles using our in-app reporting mechanism.
• Blocking: Users can block other users to prevent further communication or visibility.
• Enforcement: We reserve the right to review reported content within 24 hours and remove content or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Job Marketplace

• UYWNI acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to apply.
• We are not a party to any employment agreement.
• We do not guarantee the validity of any job listing or the qualifications of any applicant.
• Users must perform their own due diligence before accepting employment or hiring candidates.

5. End-to-End Encryption

UYWNI provides End-to-End Encrypted (E2EE) messaging. While we ensure the security framework, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the safety of your device and local encryption keys. If you lose your device or keys, your chat history cannot be recovered by UYWNI.

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UYWNI and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UYWNI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UYWNI is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
