Common help

• Account / login: use the email associated with your account; if locked out, email support from that address.
• Report abuse / content: use in-app Report on posts, profiles, or chats. We aim to act on actionable reports quickly (typically within 24 hours).
• Block someone: use Block on their profile or from chat options.
• Notifications / camera / mic: enable or revoke in your phone Settings → UYWNI.
• Subscriptions: manage or cancel via Apple ID → Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions (Android).

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account and personal data:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
• On the web: uywni.com/delete-account
• By email: support@uywni.com with subject Delete My Account
